Mangos!

Honey mangos are now in season. You can buy 20 of them for $.65 in the market. We had mango juice for lunch today, just one of the many tasty fresh juices Esperanza blends up for us.

I went for what is probably my last run in Xela today, on my normal route up a torturous hill and through farmer's fields. The field at the end has a couple cows tethered up in it. I passed the cows, paused for a short break, took some water, and began my descent. Usually the cows are tethered across the field, but today one was next to my path. As I passed, the air I must have taken with my water came up in a loud belch. The cow spooked, tried to run away, and hit its tether and almost fell. I felt bad, and laughed, and then felt bad for laughing, and then kept laughing.

Tomorrow I'm going to the Xocomil waterpark, which everyone says is awesome. I like waterparks, I think. I bought more sunscreen.

There's a big party in San Pedro (on Lake Atitlan) this weekend, and a few friends are going, so I'll probably roll over there Friday, and head north from there.

That's all.
